I chose Andrew and his team at Complete Residential for a complete overhaul on a nonfunctional bathroom and I am so happy I did! Andrew and his team were prompt, communicative, efficient, and professional. They made the entire process easy for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Master bath renovation. Objective: no grout lines, and minimal/organic vibe using Tadelakt Moroccan plaster. The total room size doubled to 81 ft². Original shower floor fell out during demo due to rot (thankfully the homeowner stopped using it years ago). To keep it short & sweet:

Gutted & rebuilt the original bathroom, and extended the shower wall by deleting the adjacent bedroom closet.
Replaced ALL water supply lines throughout the entire home, as well as the water supply line from street to house, and sewer line from house to street. Replaced water heater with tankless gas heater, and relocated plumbing lines & HVAC for the new bath footprint—all done by my great friend Jacob with 4th Generation Plumbing.
Three walls made of Tadelakt Moroccan plaster. A tedious and painstaking process that turned out perfectly. The Tadelakt process: plywood, waterproof membrane, metal lathe, two coats masonry mix (stucco), two coats Tadelakt base, two topcoats white Tadelakt topcoat from Color Atelier, followed by three coats beeswax to seal it all. 24 hour dry time between coats.

Full wet room floor design with matte black porcelain tiles—all water flows directly to the linear shower drain.
Freestanding tub, natural oak vanity with quartz top, brushed gold fixtures from Signature Hardware, Toto one piece toilet with heated bidet, heated seat, self cleaning with its own remote control and automatic functions. Full length freestanding mirror, light adjustable vanity mirror. We installed a crystal clear low iron glass shower screen. Four new ceiling lights, a new exhaust vent, and a preexisting roof leak repair.

Andrew did an incredible job building us a custom deck which helped us to set the scene for our backyard wedding and reception. His patience, attention to detail, and creativity helped it turn out beyond what we had imagined. The whole process was seamless, as Andrew is a true pro at what he does. Thank you for building us something that will always remind us of our special day and a place where our family can create many more wonderful memories!

I am a commercial real estate developer and have been for the last 40+ years. We have a large deck, 1,400+ SF at our lake house which is about an hour north of Atlanta and which, except for some of the substructure, needed to be completely replaced. Over 50% of this deck is 14' above the ground. I had six deck contractors price the job, narrowed it down to three and finally agreed to do the job with Andrew. It was a "soup to nuts" job, about which he and I talked about and worked on continuously. I was and continue to be very pleased with the whole process, its timing, his attitude, his expertise, his execution, and the end product. Although he provides a very good warranty, his work is of such high quality, I don't anticipate that ever being needed. I couldn't recommend Andrew and his company more highly, and would be glad to discuss this with any of his future prospective customers.

Andrew pressure washed and stained my deck, and I was first impressed with the level of communication. He clearly detailed the job and the price, and over the course of the project gave advance notice of the days he would work and also a text when he was on his way over. As the project moved through each phase he showed what had been done and if there was anything to keep an eye on.
